FACILITIES

- CCIS staff will respond with a selection of child care providers; however, CCIS cannot
recommend a specific provider.

- CCIS is NOT responsible for the quality of service provided at any facility.

- Information for family providers can be obtained by calling CCIS at 1-800-327-3070.

Types Of Facilities:
Family Day Care Home - A state certified family residence with one caregiver providing
care for four, five or six children unrelated.

Group Day Care Home - A state licensed facility providing care for no more than 12
children who are  unrelated to the provider. The term includes a facility located in a
residence or another premises.

Day Care Center - A state licensed facility providing care for seven or more children
unrelated to the operator.
